As such the costs of our free products is offset by advertising and affiliate commissions. Our advertising comes from Google Adsense and it is designed to provide targeted advertisements based on the topic of the article, blog, video, etc. Secondly is through affiliate commissions. Our policy is that we do NOT accept compensation and then decide to promote a product. We first find a product that we use or know people who have used, decide if it is worthy of review and mention and THEN look to see if that product provides an affiliate program. Sometimes they do and as I’m sure any reasonable person can assume we would use an affiliate link; if they don’t have an affiliate program then we still publish our review or promotion. Our policy is designed to ensure the highest quality content first and then cost offsetting second.
